Privacy policy

The tools you buy collect nothing and send nothing. This website has no advertising trackers. The only personal data held is what is needed to sell you something and email you the file.
Who is responsible
Evan Bo, trading as OpusMill, based in Singapore, is the data controller. Questions and requests go to [email protected].
What the software collects
Nothing. The tools sold here have no analytics, no crash reporting, no licence check and no update ping. They do not open network connections unless the product page says the tool's actual job requires it. Once downloaded, a tool works with the internet unplugged.
What the website collects
Standard web server logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These are kept for up to 30 days to spot abuse and fix breakages, then deleted.
There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site profiling. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to send the font file.
What buying collects
When you buy something, these are held:
- Your email address — to send the download link and the receipt.
- What you bought, when, and for how much — to handle support and refunds.
- Country and tax status — where the law requires it for sales tax or VAT.
Card details are never held. They go straight to Stripe and are never seen by OpusMill. Stripe is the payment processor and an independent controller of that data; see the Stripe privacy policy.
Why it is allowed to be held
Order data is processed because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into by buying. Tax records are processed to meet a legal obligation. Server logs are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and unabused.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
- The website host — serves the pages and writes the logs.
- The email provider — delivers download links and replies.
That is the complete list. Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. Data is disclosed otherwise only where the law compels it.
How long it is kept
Order and tax records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support emails are kept for two years. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to it being processed, or ask for it in a portable format. Email the address above. Requests are answered within 30 days and cost nothing.
Deletion has one limit: records the law requires to be kept, such as tax records, cannot be deleted until that period ends.
If you think your data has been mishandled you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore, or to your own national data protection authority if you are outside Singapore.
Children
These tools are sold to professional developers. Nothing here is aimed at children, and data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that materially affects existing customers will be sent by email.
