Refund policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
If a tool does not do what its page said it would, email within 30 days and you get your money back. You do not have to argue for it.
The 30-day window
Every purchase can be refunded in full within 30 days of the payment date. Software is hard to judge from a description, so the benefit of the doubt goes to you.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email address you paid from, or the order number from your receipt. That is enough to find the payment.
A reason is welcome but not required. If something is broken, saying what broke means it gets fixed for the next person.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued within two working days of the request. The money is returned to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually takes a further five to ten working days to show it.
What happens to the tool
Your licence ends when the refund is issued, and you should delete your copies. There is no kill switch and nothing checks up on you — this is a request made in good faith, and it is expected to be honoured in good faith.
The one limit
Refunds are for people who tried a tool and it did not work out. Repeatedly buying and refunding the same tool is not that, and future orders may be declined. This is the only restriction, and it exists for one obvious reason.
Your legal rights
This policy is offered on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them. If your local consumer law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law wins.
Problems with a payment
If you see a charge from OpusMill you do not recognise, email before contacting your bank. It gets sorted faster that way, and a chargeback costs everyone more than a refund does.
